Acumen recently completed some tank and pipe cleaning for one of our regular customers - and they were very happy with the result! There were a number of tanks and pipework systems, that contained waste streams from acids and caustics to amine, so it was extremely important that our RAMs were correct and adhered to at all times. The works were carried out remotely, using a high pressure pumping unit and a rotating tank cleaning head in order to ensure the tanks were cleaned to a great standard. All of our operatives on site for this job were highly trained and experienced in confined space entry, confined space rescue, ultra high and high pressure water jetting, and first aid amongst others. This included our ADR trained vacuum tanker driver, who ensured all removed waste was safely disposed of off-site. Commenting on the works completed, the senior manager on site had to say ''I would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you for your efforts this week. You  provided us with a very thorough and professional service, I was particularly impressed with your  work ethic with attention to detail and safety was extremely evident!''

Successful completion of tank and pipe cleaning works

''My special thanks to you and your team for the wonderful job you did on the H&M Brighton Project. It is a joy for me to work with such well organised supplier.''

H&M

When a bulk liquid storage provider contacted us with an emergency spillage, it was down to Acumen to get a resolution as quickly as possible. Acumen received the emergency call at 12 noon and our professional and efficient team completed the job by 15:30pm the very same day. Our satisfied customer commented ‘’Your response time was exceptional!"

"Acumen provided us with an enclosed skip for asbestos waste on a high profile site in Nottingham. The staff were very helpful, as was the driver who was glad to accommodate our need for skip delivery at 6am. Relevant disposal paperwork was promptly forwarded to our office after the skip was collected. Great service all round."
